Most of our customers send material as email attachments and receive the results the same way. However, if that is not convenient for you, there are other ways of doing things – let us know what is best for you. We believe in “try before you buy”. Send us a small sample of your text or material and we will proofread/edit it for you so that you can see if you want us to proceed. This offer is a free service, without obligation, and it means that we can estimate what the full job would cost to do. Our standard charge is £9.00 per hour for proofreading/editing and £12.00 per hour for indexing. The stopwatch only runs when we are actually writing the text – you don’t pay for our reading and thinking time, or our tea-breaks! Payment is acceptable in pounds, dollars or euros, and can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. You only pay when you have had the work back and are satisfied with it.
