Irina is a translator in Kazakhstan who works in the oil industry and needs to be sure that the technical documents she translates are in perfect English.

Maria, an Italian, runs an agency for nannies in London.  Although she has lived in Britain for much of her life and speaks English almost perfectly, she wanted her advertising brochure to make the best possible impact.

Kevin is setting up a new luxury goods business.  He wants his website to say all the right things and not let him down with sloppy English.

Judith, an American, edits a newsletter for one-person-band librarians.  We proofread it every month, taking note of American spellings, punctuation and phrasing.

Indira, an elderly member of the Asian community of Leicester, was injured when travelling on a train.  We composed a letter for her that helped her to claim compensation.

The Dickens Fellowship wanted an index made of 31 years’ worth of their journal (over 6,000 pages).  It took a long time to do, but now the Jane Austen Society has asked us to do something similar
